Audit Standards & Methodology
Detailed study of ISO 19011:2018 guidelines for auditing management systems and ISO/IEC 17021-1 requirements. Understanding audit types, audit principles, and the roles and responsibilities of auditors and lead auditors.
Audit Planning & Preparation
Developing audit programmes, conducting pre-audit and desktop reviews, defining audit scope and objectives, preparing process-based checklists, and planning the audit approach.
Conducting the Audit
Performing opening meetings, gathering and evaluating objective evidence, applying effective interview techniques, following audit trails, identifying nonconformities, and managing audit team activities.
