A practical review of ISO 9001:2015 clause requirements from an auditor's perspective, understanding the process approach, risk-based thinking, and documented information requirements.

Audit Planning & Preparation

Developing an internal audit programme, defining audit scope and objectives, preparing process-based checklists, and reviewing relevant documentation prior to the audit.

Conducting the Internal Audit

Opening meetings, gathering objective evidence, applying interview techniques, observing processes, following audit trails, and identifying conformities and nonconformities.

Reporting & Follow-Up

Documenting audit findings, writing clear nonconformity reports, preparing audit summaries, conducting closing meetings, and following up on corrective actions.

Assessment & Certification

Assessment

Participants are assessed through a combination of written exercises and practical activities conducted throughout the course to demonstrate their understanding of internal audit principles and techniques.

Certificate

Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, delegates will receive an Internal Auditor certificate confirming their competence to conduct internal audits of a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015.
